Satisfaction Guarantee
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items will be refunded at actual purchase price. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at phdpedals@gmail.com for approval and instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Limited Warranty
LIMITED 2-YEAR NON-TRANSFERRABLE PRODUCT WARRANTY ON PHD PEDALS PRODUCTS PHD Pedals, (the “Manufacturer”) provides this limited warranty. The Manufacturer warrants its pedals (the “Product”) against defect in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. The Manufacturer does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any Product that is not made by the Manufacturer. If a material or workmanship defect arises, at the sole discretion of Manufacturer, a valid claim shall be submitted to Manufacturer; the Manufacturer reserves the right to repair the Product or replace the Product with a comparable product based on the Product’s age and period of use, or issue a refund. This limited warranty covers use of the Product in accordance with its intended application or use. This limited warranty does not cover damage to any other manufacturer’s Product. Further, this limited warranty does not cover the following: normal wear and tear, including cosmetic; damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or shipping; Product misuse, negligent use, or abuse, including but not limited to accidents such as dropping the Product, exposing the Product to extreme temperatures, or submerging the Product in liquids; damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs; damage caused by use of incorrect power supply (the Product is designed to use 9vDC center-tip negative power only); damage caused by natural disasters or lightening. By using this Product, the User assumes all risks and liability and is responsible for any injuries and/or damages and/or loss related to the use of this product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND IS ENFORCEABLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. MANUFACTURER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY, OR MERCHANTABILITY. FURTHER THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OF ANY TYPE ON ANY MANUFACTURER PRODUCT, ESPECIALLY THOSE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR FAILURE OF ANY PHD PEDALS PRODUCT, INLCUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT. IN ADDITION TO AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS, THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, COVER THE REPLACEMENT OR COST OF ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT THAT IS NOT MANUFACTURED BY THE MANUFACTURER. PHD PEDALS IN NO EVENT WILL BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. NO WARRANTY CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR IN ANY WAY, PHYSICALLY CHANGED, OR SUBJECT TO MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR NEGLIGENCE. SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
