Unlike many drives and boosts, this pedal will go from absolutely sparking clean up into really gnarly grit, while staying transparent enough to allow your guitar and amp to retain their own voices. Use it with gain-stacking. In front of another dirt pedal to increase saturation and sustain for leads, after your drive if you need to add a bit of extra volume at times, to really stand out in the mix. The Drakon is transistor-based, and emphasizes fine-control over the low-frequencies, for fattening, tightening, or treble-boosting. It will go from absolutely sparkling clean up into really gnarly grit.
